What Certifications Are Available: Certificate II in Horticulture - AHC20410
Prerequisits: Basic Literacy and Numeracy Skills. An interest in horticulture/agriculture as a career. USI Numbers. Minimum age of 15 years.
What Is Involved: This program designed for students with an interest in the horticulture and landscaping industries. Garden Links works in conjunction with TAFE SA in developing student's skills in the areas of horticulture, landscaping and plant recognition giving students a recognised qualification in horticulture, as well as exposure to a range of other VET training packages. This course combines structured workplace learning, practical work sessions and theory into a single package designed to give students an entry level qualification in the horticulture industry.
Course Information: Length: 12 - 18 months (Negotiable)
Commencement Date: Term 1 - Week 3
Time: 9am to 2.45pm
Day: Monday & Friday (2 Days per week)
Class Size: Min: 10 to Max: 12
